I am no longer at C5, but during my time there I saw Subodh address our new hire class and talked to him one on one at the new hire dinner/ open tab at a brew pub in Dulles. He is very open about not liking pilots. When he addressed the new hire class, he was somewhat professional, but still did manage to work in a few anti pilot digs. At the brew pub he told me to my face that he knows pilots are selfish and only care about themselves, that we are terrible at working as a team, and are not loyal. In one way, isn’t that better then the normal management bs of calling us a family to our face then undercutting us? Don’t get me wrong I don’t like the man and he should not be trusted. Good luck all
