In 1.5 years at this place...nothing has happened AT ALL. These new bases are just a way for the company to cut their costs---and the employees to pay for it. Its not growth, additional flying, or "putting us in a better position for future RFP's."
If you bid RDU---you pay to move there (if you don't already live there) and they don't pay for hotels anymore. If you bid LGA---well.. you either already live there or you screwed up your bid sheet
and they don't pay for hotels there anymore. It's a win-win for mgmt.
Hey hey hey hey......in my defense...the new approach plate thing was a question cuz i was getting worried about not having 10-7's for all these airports....i thought i missed a huge revision when i changed bases.
And as far as loving rumors...i like getting them out there just so i can see if other people are hearing the same ones....or if they havent...what their take is on the matter. And for the record.....the only rumors i post about are ones ive comfirmed with other AWAC pilots....
Whats the fun in working if you cant talk about possible changes...whether they are legit or not.
