anyone mind telling me who you guys have your health/prescription insurance through? Is it just catastrophic/accident, or is it from a decent company? Just wondering if they'll cover my acid reflux pills so I can keep drinking loads of coffee and not get another ulcer.
On a side note, maybe you should consider not drinking coffee?!?
I knew a guy with your mentality at pizza hut, he weighed about 350 lbs, he ate a lot of cheesy garlic bread, that stuff is amazing, anyway I asked him why he ate so much and if he was concerned about his heart. "No, I take medication to keep my cholesterol down". Oh OK, nevermind...

So your Rx coverage is through Medco and the health through BCBS?
I'm in great shape...def not 350 lbs...as for the coffee, it really does seem to balance out if I take a Prevacid. On the bright side, coffee is really good for your liver and has a lot of antioxidants....whereas garlic cheesebread isn't good for anything.

I think the BCBS/Medco coverage was pretty good. The premiums are kinda high and went up 10% for 2008, but the policy is better AND cheaper than those offered by many other regionals.
A few cups of the crappy airplane coffee will get you to cut back, believe me. That said, I single-handedly stood up a college fund for the children of the DCA Dunkin Donuts owner
