That was the theory used in the pre-Kasher negotiation. You all know how well that worked out. 20% pay cut for the Captains, 35% pay cut for the F/Os closely followed by a 3 year furlough.
I'm all for you guys getting what you deserve. Just pick your battles. Answer your questionnaire. I'll bet you reserve rules take a back seat to just about everything else.
I’m hoping industry standard is a battle our mec is willing to fight this time around. If they come to us with their usual, higher 12 year captain rates and third rate language for everything else, then it’s time for us “rank and file” drones to do our part and vote it down while our superiors, like yourself of course, tell us that we should be greatful to live in gig harbor.
