If you want to change something here then you need to be creating data. Hotel and fatigue reports etc.... If they can't measure it then it's not happening.
Measure it in sick calls.

How is that even possible... I’ll assume you were at SKW when newhire was closer to $40/hr and 1st year at Alaska is $89.89. Things aren’t perfect here but working my tail off as a Captain at SKW on year 6/7 pay was only about $10k more than what I made my first year here at Alaska.
