I'm not setting low expectations. Most of you rank and file guys don't have a clue how contract negotiations work. You seem to think the Union can just go in and demand what they want.
That was the theory used in the pre-Kasher negotiation. You all know how well that worked out. 20% pay cut for the Captains, 35% pay cut for the F/Os closely followed by a 3 year furlough.
I'm all for you guys getting what you deserve. Just pick your battles. Answer your questionnaire. I'll bet you reserve rules take a back seat to just about everything else.

10% on the reserve? We wish, try triple that depending on equipment and seat.

He痴 still clueless. I致e yet to see the reserve % change by more than a couple percent since being here. All percentages base/seat published monthly in ALPA scheduling committee update, page 26 in the latest.
