We've transitioned out of the KA 350i's as of Jan, 2019. Looks like we will be transitioning out of the CJ2+'s by this time next year. Phenom 100's & 300's will be replacing these aircraft. Correct, all PIC's are 8/6, SIC's are 10/5. Our F/O hiring is paused right now, but we are anticipating some movement in a month or so. The pay scale adjustments over time are set, and not adjusted yearly for inflation.
