Awareness is the only way people will know or be on the look out for signs. I apologize if anyone is offended by me bringing this up. Something has to be done. Get help please. Call the wingman.
What if there isn’t a wingman? That’s the downside of this job, quite often when new to a company and geographical area with very little safety net it can be very isolating.
