Yeah. Really conflicted about that one. It is really the best thing we currently have in getting average days off up. It still allows 6 on 4 off, so 12 days off total for literally every hard-line. What I would really like is the way SWA does it: hard line maximum work days averages 13/13.5 days in a 30/31 day month, so hard lines have at least 17 days off per month on average. We currently have about 15 days off, and our average hard line credit is about 10hrs lower. Even if we got average days off up to 15 it would be a win already, but not having any of that waving days off isn't great. My problem is I need a weekly cycle for the family, and I probably can't get 3 on, 4 off.
