The legacy I worked for had PBS. Spent years under PBS and 4 days off min wasn't an option. None of my friends at DAL,UAL or SWA of 4 days of min.
Pretty much half of SWA has 4 days off, schedule integrity plus 17 days off average = half the pilots work 3 on 4 off....
Hope next cycle we can trade 5 off (reducible to 4) to "average days off for hardlines is 17" (or even 16 or 15, still would be an improvement
