Nope, all NWA pilots would be equally eligible to flow down into the Mesaba "flow" spots when furloughed. The only determining factors would be who bid for it and whose seniority will hold it.

Once a Mesaba pilot makes the flow up to mainline, he/she is no longer a Mesaba pilot, and has no preferential claim to a "flow" spot.
