I fly for a regional east of the river and never once have flown with a captain or observed an FO transmit innapropriately on guard.

I’ve jumpseated many times on all the majors and observed Captains and FOs, use their cellphones while taxiing , playing games up at altitude etc.

Don’t get me wrong, we do the same, but if your going to complain about professionalism overall , there’s much other serious issues to deal with before talking about 121.5.
