We had a total of 9 new hires in January indoc. We are losing about 7 to 9 a month of "off probationary" pilots a month, plus a few in training every month.

Current 770 pilots on property, but really only 680 pilots of which about 40 on that list are instructors and management. We have a large amount of pilots in training at a given time. Therefore we are between 450 to 500 liine qualified pilots at a given time.
