Piedmont is far from perfect but not commuting is very hard to beat.
Last week we had weather cancelations so they put in a hotel for s break longer than 5 hours. My girlfriend drove over and we got to spend some time together.
Then they cancelled the rest of the day so we went home. Then they cancelled the next day and I stayed home.
The commuters all got stuck in PHL for the duration and I got 1.5 more days off.
1.5 extra days off vs. losing an entire day of your two days off to WX.
