There are small crew logbooks that you can get at pilot shops. Another option is ADPL, which is a program made by the guys that make Logbook Pro. You can sync that guy up to your sheduling program and Logbook Pro so you never have to do much beyond pushing a couple buttons.

I use the little blue book, put those times in Logbook pro about twice a month, and update my paper logbook once a month. I'm looking at smartphones so I can use ADPL and omit a step in this process.
