The 15K loan assistance is for 12-18 months as a CFI and up to 36 months as an FO. It’s not distributed until you’re a CFI. It’s essentially like a new hire bonus because you get it whether you pay cash out of pocket, use their loan provider, or use some other loan provider.
I’m flying with a FA who got accepted, and that’s what he is saying. He said they told him a 670 credit score for their loan provider. They get closer to 30K for loan forgiveness though.
