I kept inquiring how, under 135, XOJet was allowed to use "rolling rest" as an FAA approved operation. I was told to keep quiet and eventually I was part of the 23 who were terminated.
That sucks but since then XO has had defined rest for a long time and every level of leadership from the chief pilot up to the ceo and the investors/parent company has turned over at least once and sometimes more. Completely different people running the show top to bottom.
