I disagree. I can only speak for F9, but it has always been a pretty tight pilot group that could cherry pick applicants as it was growing/hiring when legacies were furloughing and no one else in the US was hiring. Growth since 2013 in bases (2 then vs 5 now, and more to come) has certainly fueled opportunity, and relatively short upgrades on the Airbus (good living) plus the new CBA & pay rates definitely will make for interest from a growing group of pilots.
