Has anyone interviewed with PSA or ExpressJet lately and could attest to whether or not there is a written test? I’ve been using airlineinyerviews to help prep for my interviews and it shows one but it might be outdated.
Also, PSA wants me to take my military hours totals and put them as one line in a civilian logbook prior to the interview. What is more official than my actual military documents? I don’t even have a civilian logbook. Besides the fact that they can easily be manipulated? Maybe I’m missing something here? Thoughts anyone?

Yeah. That you are applying to them, not them asking you to dictate what procedures they should be using to hire you. If buying a civilian logbook or electronic log which you will ultimately require anyway and making a one line synopsis entry seems excessively taxing to you perhaps you should apply elsewhere.
