First few months while in training is 2700 per mo. No per diem.
After your line check you convert to flight pay. It is 48.88 per flt hr. Gurantee of 70 hrs on reserve. 65 as a line holder.
Most line holders are in the upper 70's to 80's. It is credit not block. Min credit a day is 5:15. Reservists get block and do not get min day.
You pay is split in to two monthly checks. One on the 15th and one on the 30/31st. The 31st check is an advance. It is a graduated scale but starts at about 1200 bucks a month. The second check is your flight pay. That is monthly pay minus your advance. This is somewhere between 1600-2500 dollars after taxes and health care fees. You also get 11& of your gross income put in to your retirement accts. 9% in a B fund and 2% in a 401K. The company does not match and only puts this money in.
Hope that this helps.
