First few months while in training is 2700 per mo. No per diem.
After your line check you convert to flight pay. It is 48.88 per flt hr. Gurantee of 70 hrs on reserve. 65 as a line holder.
Most line holders are in the upper 70's to 80's. It is credit not block. Min credit a day is 5:15. Reservists get block and do not get min day.
You pay is split in to two monthly checks. One on the 15th and one on the 30/31st. The 31st check is an advance. It is a graduated scale but starts at about 1200 bucks a month. The second check is your flight pay. That is monthly pay minus your advance. This is somewhere between 1600-2500 dollars after taxes and health care fees. You also get 11& of your gross income put in to your retirement accts. 9% in a B fund and 2% in a 401K. The company does not match and only puts this money in.
Hope that this helps.

ACL65's info is accurate. I'll give you the worst case scenario once you are on line because I've never made over guarantee so far. Some categories in NYC and SLC are able to green slip and make extra cash, but most stuff in ATL is covered fairly good right now for reserves. I would budget for nothing over guarantee then if you get extra, stock up on tuna pouches and peanut butter for the next month when you don't go over guarantee. I have 4 exemptions for my taxes, live in a state that does not take out state taxes, have insurance for a family, and put 2% into the 401K. My take home pay has been about $950 for the check on the 30/31st and around $1900 for the one on the 15th.

If you can hold a line as many are doing within the first year, you can easily make 85 hrs a month.
