Hmmmm Given the lost decade I would assume that up until 8 or so months ago most of the flows would fall in the 45-55 age group trending closer to 55.

The guys that are flowing right this minute are 34+, more or less. The lot before were older. If you look at the seniority list, flows for the next year are likely in their mid-30's as well. Now, I can't vouch for what PSA or PDT are flowing, but Eagle flows trend older.
Thats what I was thinking about all three AA WO. Im sure from here on out the average will stay about 35ish.
