United Pilots need to be informed about this topic. In fact, ALPA and four United pilots were sued in 2008 and the injunction against ALPA and ALL United pilots was handed down in November of 2008. ALPA appealed in early 2009, but lost that case, too. The appellate court judge couldn't believe that ALPA and the United pilots got off so easy. It quickly affirmed the findings of the lower court. The four pilots lost their jobs but were later reinstated. I believe that the injunction remains in full force and effect.
