Absolutely. Franke has done great things for the traveling public, employees and even the network carriers. As Henry Harteveldt, travel industry analyst, said, "Bill Franke is, in a way, more responsible for some big airlines making money than anyone else in the industry." LCCs and ULCCs were the impetus for basic economy.
