Well, the feeling I get from this thread (pgs 40-60) seem that people are saying Comair is fat on FOs and that they haven't flown in several weeks while on reserve. Please correct me if my assumption is incorrect?

Also, I'm from the MSP area and it seems that a place like Mesaba might be a better bet for me since they are hiring street captains (limited numbers) and several FOs recently hired are being upgraded within a few months (of course they meet ATP mins, etc). Seeing that I also meet ATP mins I wonder if trying there would be better than sitting on reserve for 10-12 months (seemingly flying very little, according to this thread) and then still not upgrading for 3-4yrs at best....

Sorry, not whining just wondering if what I read on here is true.
