I’ll agree with “satisfied”. Saying you have a “superior product” is a bit of a stretch. A “superior business model” would at least be debatable.
Do you know how many of your customers in RDU were tired of being price-gouged in RDU and love F9 now that the average fare has decreased by 40%? A lot.
Sure, when you are the only steakhouse in town, you can charge $100 for a perfect filet, but we can come in and offer an average cut for bottom dollar, who do you think is going to get more business?
