Not to stick up for obvious troll, but assuming this isn't a troll post, I hope you don't rely on OAT as an indicator of icing conditions. Snow can adhere to surfaces in above freezing temps. The same applies to frost. Frost can form in air temps over freezing.
That said, who the hell wants to be featured on national news rolling down the runway under snowy conditions???
