Anyone conduct the phone interview with XOJET recently? Just curious if there is any gouge out there regarding the 5-10 technical (IFR/ATP) questions that they ask.
Also, I heard a rumor that they may be getting a pay raise very soon. Anyone know how much it might be? Curious if it will bring their first year FO pay closer to the NJ and FJ recent pay bumps.

The technical questions on the phone screen are all basic IFR/ATP questions. There are many line pilots who conduct the phone screenings and they all have their own questions that they ask, so there’s no standard list.
We are expecting a pay raise soon (couple to several months), however they are still in negotiations and nobody knows how much. It will definitely bring us “closer” to NJ/FJ starting pay, but we will have to wait to find out how much closer.
