XOJET Questions

Anyone conduct the phone interview with XOJET recently? Just curious if there is any gouge out there regarding the 5-10 technical (IFR/ATP) questions that they ask.

Also, I heard a rumor that they may be getting a pay raise very soon. Anyone know how much it might be? Curious if it will bring their first year FO pay closer to the NJ and FJ recent pay bumps.

We are expecting a pay raise soon (couple to several months), however they are still in negotiations and nobody knows how much. It will definitely bring us “closer” to NJ/FJ starting pay, but we will have to wait to find out how much closer.

Hiring into the Challenger 350 and Global is still through the Vista brand although done by XOJET. Hurts to think about it I know. If you interview at XO you will fly an XO bird (for now). If you interview for the 350/Global you will be flying the Vista birds on their pay/schedule.

Don't know any deets about that side of hiring.

Any info on the merger process between XO and Vista is greatly appreciated. Also curious how long it's taking most from submitting an app., to getting a reply.
