I would need to commute and because of the base being an outstation, the 4/4 would be better than the 4/3 since I would spend at least half day commuting home and then another half day back to the outstation. Also, since the rotations are 6 months, what do pilots do for housing at their bases? Sharing an apartment? Renting rooms?
