Yes, yes. OK. OK. You guys are right. Not increasing the value of a vacation day, but getting a better trip rig was definitely a giveback.

Thank God we didn't get a 1 for 3 trip rig. We'd be forced to work 9 days a month. And we'd only be able to knock off 5 days of that, with our 7 day(42hr) vacation!! What a rip-off. Working 4 days in a vaction month.

And, if we went to a 1 for 2 trip rig. Holy Cow!! You'd have to work 6 days in a 4 week month. And, then you'd only be able to knock off 3 more days with that 7 day(42hr) vacation. I'd walk over having to work 3 days in a vacation month.

Up until next month...The only way we could get ripped off like that was to fly hard time trips. You know, and be scheduled less days per month.
