I know Keystone is hiring low timers (around 350TT).
GEMNI/Verisk would be an option as well.
Surdex in St Louis is hiring for the C206.
Grand Canyon Airlines hires right seat in the Twin Otter.
Westwind based at KDVT is looking for Caravan pilots for VFR tours of the Grand Canyon.
Might want to try Alaska, tons of 207 jobs up there...but you may have to travel and apply in person.
Hand delivering your resume would be the best bet. Fortunately this time of year is hiring season for seasonal jobs in Alaska and other summer type tour operators. Referral wise, maybe pilots you've flown with (like a CP) that can write you a recommendation letter.
Tour operators need 135 VFR mins.
250-500 hours is the hardest hour range for non-CFI guys.
