Best bet for your times would be aerial survey or seasonal tour operators...
I know Keystone is hiring low timers (around 350TT).
GEMNI/Verisk would be an option as well.
Surdex in St Louis is hiring for the C206.
Grand Canyon Airlines hires right seat in the Twin Otter.
Westwind based at KDVT is looking for Caravan pilots for VFR tours of the Grand Canyon.
Might want to try Alaska, tons of 207 jobs up there...but you may have to travel and apply in person.
Hand delivering your resume would be the best bet. Fortunately this time of year is hiring season for seasonal jobs in Alaska and other summer type tour operators. Referral wise, maybe pilots you've flown with (like a CP) that can write you a recommendation letter.

You are in the "black hole" time wise...that period of fresh commercial multi and 1500 hours.

250-500 hours is the hardest hour range for non-CFI guys.

Nah. There are a few operators that will hire anyone with a pulse and 135 VFR mins. Now is just not a great time to get hired there. Come June/July and they will hire in a heartbeat. No prior experience required. Temporary relocation required.

Thank you for the advice, Kystone told me they want previous job experience in their type aircraft, sounded strange to me while everybody says they do hire new pilots, another thing most imagery and pipeline survey job out there they asking TT1000, I would do instruction but this not for me. Like you said its hiring season now hopeful I'll get some like Tow or jump pilot soon.
Many Picto survey operators hire around mid-October.

We're hiring at Aspen. Need the VFR 135 mins before we can "turn you loose" but we can probably get you the time right seat if you're close.
Email your resume to us and we can set up a phone interview. We have an open position right now so expect at least a call.

Thanks!
