Yeah, a surprising number of people who got 500 hours of 121 time a decade ago before deciding they simply couldn’t live on $1600 a month and left the industry are being lured back in by hiring bonuses.
Unless you know for sure what the person’s history is, DOH of junior captains don’t mean much anymore.
