I’m not debating this. I’m certain they had previous 121 experience. I spoke to 4 of the other fast upgrades and they all have prior 121 time.
I’ll agree that someone with zero 121 experience, it’ll take 18-24 months to upgrade.
There’s a slew of FOs in IAD who have chosen to bypass until the can hold IAD.
Commuting to an outstation base, to put it plain and simple, sucks.
