If HR 4343 passes (which looks pretty inevitable at this point

), what kind of impact is it likely to have in terms of future hiring for UPS? I realize it pretty much guarantees that there will be little or no hiring in 2008, but how about beyond? Just wondering how many of the over 60 crowd are hanging out as F/E's and how will it likely work for them to get back up front?
I'm sure there will be a lot of differing opinions, and most of it will be pure speculation, but I'm curious how everyone thinks it will likely shake out.
