There are 157 pilots between 60-65 on the seniority list. They could all bid back to the front seats as the classic airplanes get phased out.

There are 280ish pilots between the ages of 55-60 on the seniority list that will not be required to retire until 65 now instead of 60.

I don't think it looks good for upgrades or hiring for the next few years if this passes - as it seems to be exected now.
