If you have reached as far as your aspirations go, then I guess that is fine for you, but if you cannot carry yourself as a professional and act like one, you will not be seen as one. Believe it or not, it's actually taken pretty seriously in the industry as a whole, and yes you are judged on it. It is your prerogative whether to tip or not, just as it is everyone's else prerogative what to think about you for it.
