I'll preface this post by saying everyone's situation is unique and they should do what's best for them and their family. That being said I'll take it as soon as my number comes up. Frontier is an infinitely better place to work than compass. You have better QOL, job security and make 6 figures by year two. We have a tendency to be quite sheltered here at cpz with our most senior pilots only being on the list for 10 years. Most other airlines have seniority lists full of pilots who cant get the dream call for one reason or another. We're no different than any other pilot group and many of us may never get the call despite having a clean record and all the qualifications. So I'd go with the bird in the hand.. nothing says you cant keep our dream airline app current while you work for a real airline and have a good QOL. .
