Meanwhile, we have tons of qualified folks already on property doing everything they can to be a sim instructor, ground instructor etc and being told “no” because they can’t staff this place correctly. Seems like the only line pilots getting instructor slots are ones who “can’t handle the line life” then threaten to quit...
