Why are you guys debating this bs policy?
If you are sick, you are sick. You have a professional duty, a moral obligation, and a legal requirement under the FARs to remove yourself from flying.
This is simply another company tactic to weaken our pilot group.
Save your money. Call in sick when required and, if needed, hire a good attorney. Good luck firing us for following the FARs.
