I will assume the likely scenario that you had at least 2 X-days on Friday and Saturday, and then they gave you SC on your first reserve day at 1000 on Sunday. In this case your 30 hours of rest started at 1800 on Friday night. The time period from 2400-1000 on Sunday morning was not prospectively identified as rest when you went off duty on you last on call day, so it doesn’t count. The latest you could have started a RAP/FDP was 1800 tonight. So they could get a full day’s use out of you today but would need to give you 30 hours before your next RAP/FDP.
