There are no vacancies on the NYC717A. It will only be contingent vacancies that are awarded. In previous AEs, contingent vacancies are generally filled above the plug. NYC A220 A has 75 vacancies. In bids where a category size increases substantially, awards tend to go well junior to the current plug. The higher rates on the 220 will pull a few off of the 717, but I'm guessing most As aren't willing to eat a training freeze for a $5-9 pay raise.
