International is brutal, especially 4 pilot ops. Those 6 leg days, never leaving the plane would wipe me out.
Takeoff Leg
Eating Leg
Rest Leg
Cruise Leg
Rest Leg
Landing Leg
How do you guys do it?

I've had my share of NB pain but from a macro level I've had it extremely good on the NB. In addition, my body clock loves driving the redneck rocket around the eastern time zone with an occasional foray west of the Mississippi. When I finally do get displaced my next plane will be a tough decision. I guess the beauty of an MD is no seat lock so I feel like I'll be able to gamble a little and if I don't like the bed I made, I can just change it.
Eating and sleeping within one or two time zones is a treat after a few months of international. It seems no matter which ocean you cross or which direction you fly, there is always an extra meal in the day. A nice feature of the 7ER category is you can fly a mix of both domestic and international.
