Those rest facilities are already on those long-haul wide-body aircraft because they also do MUCH longer legs. It also MAY be true that FA contracts require them.

But we are talking about a narrow-body, that never does a stage length long enough to REQUIRE an FA rest bunk, and an FA group that doesn't have any contractual rights/requirements for one.

These stage lengths are well within the FA duty limits and there is no way BlueJet blocks a Mint seat, and very doubtful they block an entire core row.

Could be wrong, but as stated BlueJet FAs do trans-con TURNS right now, no blocked seats.

There are 767s with no FA rest bunks. They block seats.
DL and UA use many 757s to fly transatlantic. They block seats.
Not an entire row; just three seats. Half a row.

Also, if transatlantics are announced, do you not think there would be TA’s involved?
