I've been wearing glasses with my A20 and with the X before them. I dont have any problems but I choose temples that are relatively flat and flexible so they won't interfere. My hearing is more important to me than being fashionable. I tried in-ear types and they irritated my ears (I'm older and have hair in my ears). My two cents though and to each their own![emoji6]
