My experience with DC customer service was some of the best I've ever encountered anywhere.

Tried Bose QC35 and the Harmony headset from UFlyMike. Way too loud. Tried Bose ProFlight. Really nice but 145 is too noisy still. Back to old trusty quiet and comfy A20

I fly with lots of folks in the CRJ who use the DC Pro-X. No complaints from them.

I also LOVE my One-X. They are so much lighter and more comfortable than Bose that I find it astonishing that I don’t see more of them out there.

When they got damaged, I was able to visit DC in person and they fixed them on the spot for free and replaced all of the wearable parts. They’re completely like new now.

They were wonderful. Top notch service.

I just got a Pro-x2 about a month ago and I think they're great. I'd been using my DC H10-13s for 22 years and I finally decided to go ANR. I'm glad I did and they're very comfortable and so much quieter. The battery indicator just turned red at the end of this trip I just finished. They lasted for 3 - 4 days.

That's 3 four day trips BTW not 3 to 4 days.
