A tad short sighted tbh. We don’t have preferential treatment at WN. We have over 5000 pilots so it’s not a mystery why a lot of guys head over there. Bigger pilot group equals more pilots moving on.
Also there’s no guarantee you’ll be making it to WN, as it’s just a shot in the dark. At least at Envoy you would have a guaranteed job whether that be 5 years, 6 years, 10 years etc. You could also always apply to WN from envoy and whoever is saying we get preferential hiring at WN is feeding you lies.
If you do come here good luck though and hope your time is short.
