That’s why I left nearly 2 years ago.
FO for life in small cabin fleet.
Way too many extra duties and “cleaning up” CMH issues for me to finish up my time there.
You worked hard when Santulli was running the show, but not a beat down.
Different story with Uncle Warren.

There are positives, and I miss some of the great people I met and worked with, but it is not a career destination in today’s environment.

Fly a lot of nights now when I do domestic flights (international way better), but nowhere near the work load, and I don’t go home nearly as tired as the 7n7, even after trip of 2 weeks.

Too many lifers who would never really fight BH.

And as diverse as the pilot group is, which can be positive, I never saw the unity come voting time that would achieve the major gains that are needed.
Not all financial, but quality of life equally.

And as the cheerleaders like to say, YMMV.
