That’s for ATP/CTP, totally different since that’s just for “fun”, and a peak into what kinds of things you’ll see. The XJT instructors used to teach that too but are now too busy with initial training to do it, the actual AQP instruction is still 100% done by XJT instructors and that’s where it really counts.. by comparison even some of the “top” regionals are and have been outsourcing their actual training to Flight safety which is something to consider for a new hire if you want quality training and don’t have previous 121 or military experience..
